1. Digital Product Delivery

• Upon successful payment, customers will receive instant access to their purchased courses, e-books, worksheets, or other digital content via email or through their Mira Learning account.
• In case of any delayed access due to technical issues, please contact our support team at support@learnwithmira.in immediately.
• Digital products are non-transferable, and sharing account details with others is strictly prohibited.

2. Live Classes & Online Courses

• Once enrolled in a live class or online course, students will receive an email confirmation with details on how to access their sessions.
• Live class links, schedules, and study materials will be shared via email or within the student portal at least [10] hours before the class starts.
• If a class is rescheduled or canceled, students will be notified in advance, and alternative arrangements will be provided.

3. Virtual Events & Webinars

• Registration for virtual events and webinars will be confirmed via email with access details.
• If a participant misses a live event, recorded sessions may be available, depending on the event’s policy.
• Event links are unique and should not be shared with others.
