Refund Policy

At Mira Learning, we are committed to delivering high-quality educational experiences through both self-paced courses and live classes. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund is needed. Please review our refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

For Self-Paced Courses:

  • If a refund request is made within 3 days of purchase and the student has accessed 25% of the course content.
  • If the course was purchased accidentally or there was a technical issue causing an incorrect charge.
  • If the course content is not as described, and a valid reason is provided within 3 days.

For Live Classes:

  • If a refund request is made before the second live class begins.
  • If there are technical issues on our end preventing access to live sessions.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • If the refund request is made after 3 days from purchase.
  • If the student has attended 2 or more live classes.
  • If the student has accessed more than 26% of the self-paced course content.
  • If the request is based on change of mind or personal preferences.
